MacuShield Vegetarian uses the same well known formulation to supplement and protect the macula as the original MacuShield, and now is suitable for vegetarians.

The difference is in the binding compound holding the capsules together. MacuShield Vegetarian contains all the same active elements as MacuShield but is now designed to cater for those with specific dietary requirements.

The combination of nutrients used in MacuShield boosts the macula’s defence against the harmful effects of the environment and ageing that can potentially damage sight.

The capsules can be taken once a day and are used as a preventative measure for those with low macula pigment or a family history of such.
