NextdayLenses.com offer a range of delivery options so that you can choose the one which best suits your needs. We dispatch 90% of orders on the same day they’re placed to ensure quick delivery, and most of our customers receive their lenses 1-2 working days after dispatch.

When will my order be dispatched?

We keep a large stock of most of the products that we sell which allows us to offer very fast dispatch and delivery times.

We provide an estimated date of dispatch which can be found on all of our product pages. This is so you know when you can expect your order to be shipped. On occasion, dispatch times may take slightly longer due to stock replenishing cycles.

Why hasn't my order arrived?

If your order has been marked as dispatched but you haven’t received it within the advised time, we recommend contacting us at info@nextdaylenses.com. It’s possible it has been returned to the depot and is awaiting collection.
